Participants
This class is for beginners, or a wonderful review for more seasoned, practitioners with a time honored mindfulness meditation practice.
Sessions (# and duration)
One session, 2.5 hours in duration. Please register early for this class as spaces are limited.
Instructor/Leader
Ann Marie Sochia, a certified Master Meditation Trainer, has been practicing Mindfulness and Meditation for over 15 years. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCA), Hypnotherapist, and intuitive listener.
Fee and Payment
The fee for this class is $45.00 or $60.00 at the door. Use the “Pay With” box below to select the payment method:

Registering for a Class
